Catherine Osler is a highly successful entrepreneur. As a leader in the corporate communications field for over 20 years, she was the founder, President and CEO responsible for the growth and success of two leading edge communications firms – Titian Communications Inc. (international award-winning communications company specializing in corporate investor communication services to the oil and gas industry) and Parallel Strategies Inc. (one of Western Canada’s largest regional marketing and corporate communications firms with 100 employees in British Columbia and Alberta and gross annual revenues of $25 million).

Today, Catherine is an executive coach, facilitator and management consultant with a practice focused on leadership development of both individuals and their management teams. She is a partner in Syncresse Partners Inc., a practice devoted to the development of professional women. She is headquartered in Vancouver BC. She leads corporations through the principles of communication and collaboration that build business value, developing lasting systems based in these principles and the recognition that human interaction is the source of value creation in a dynamic environment.

Ms. Osler holds an honours degree from Queen's University and a MA from Simon Fraser University with an original research focus on the role of female entrepreneurs in business today. She is a Consulting Project Advisor to the Royal Rhodes University MBA program. She was a founding Board Member of the Vancouver Chapter of Women Entrepreneurs of Canada (WEC) and a nominee for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1997. In 2004 Catherine was a recipient of Business in Vancouver's Influential Woman of the Year Award and is currently Chair of the Board of the Women’s Enterprise Centre in British Columbia. Catherine was a judge for the RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Award in 2006.

Catherine lives in Vancouver BC with her husband Peter. When she is not working she can be found on the water, rowing, kayaking, sailing or pursuing her passion for photography.
