The Woman's Edge: Power and Possibility in Organizations
This two and a half day workshop recognizes the innate strengths and abilities that women possess—acting on behalf of the community; including all members of the community in the conversation; and creating an open atmosphere where ideas, thoughts and opportunities are heard with objective appreciation and evaluated on their inherent worth.
By applying these innate skills in their professional lives, female leaders can help focus the corporate conversation and be more effective at moving projects forward. Through a more inclusive and feminine approach to leadership, women foster a positive sense of shared purpose within the corporate community, which increases the personal effectiveness and satisfaction of everyone on the team.
Navigating the Sea of Change – The Core of Authentic Leadership
The core of authentic leadership is self-awareness and self-knowledge however if we do not know how to listen deeply to our own nature, how can we truly relate to and understand others? Too often, our lives have become so busy that we haven’t maintained or created the time and practices that nurture the deep connection to the Self.
This two day course will provide a safe haven for you to open some doors which have perhaps been closed for too long in community with other women. Learning to have compassion for ourselves and drawing upon humor, guided meditation, journaling, inner listening, focusing, dream work, storytelling and myth, we will create a safe container to begin a process of exploring our inner terrain.

What’s the Difference: Women, Communication and Connection
Research has revealed that men and women communicate differently. This course looks at how those differences can be barriers to women’s success in the work place. We explore strategies and tools to better equip women to be heard and to have their contribution valued in their organizations.
Integrating Life
A Woman’s View: Designing a Life that Matters
So often we hear how the demands of work and family compete and, for women especially, our lives seem out of balance. In this workshop we consider how we can be purposeful and intentional in how we spend our time and our energy to fulfill life. We will explore the strategies to integrate those aspects of your life that currently seem to be in conflict. Time is a fixed resource and we will explore how we are using time to support what we value or where we might be “leaking” energy leaving us feeling drained.

Much has been written about emotional and social intelligence. In this workshop we explore how EI and SI apply to women. What can we learn to become more emotionally agile and have choice in our emotional responses? How do our emotions affect our ability to manage and lead? We will assess our individual emotional and social intelligence and develop specific strategies and practices to better manage our reactions and interactions.

A Gathering of Women: Re-engage, Reflect, Renew
A Gathering of Women is a unique forum for women to come together in a learning community for a deeper exploration into what it means to be a woman and to have influence in matters you care about. We each bring our rich life, work and community experiences to the program. This retreat is for women who are ready to engage with the question of how you can contribute more fully to your work, family and community. Take what you have learned already and increase your capacity to create what you want in your personal and professional life. This four day experience is hosted in a natural retreat setting away from the distractions of our day to day routine. It is intended to provide an environment of quiet reflection, generative learning and renewal of energy and commitment to what is important in our lives.

The Women’s Practice: Individual Coaching for High Performance
Syncresse offers coaching packages for individuals. Our clients are experienced managers and executives who are ready for challenge and desire to improve their performance. They are leaders who want to develop new skills and competencies. They may find they are faced with a major transition and understand the need for support and assistance.
The coaching process includes assessment in a variety of areas, objective communication with individuals about their strengths and limitations, and support for behavioral change leading to enhanced personal and organizational leadership effectiveness.

Women Linking: Mentoring for Personal Success and Professional Achievement
Syncresse provides a process for women to support and learn from each other— Mentoring Circles. The Circles are set up with a structure and format that encourages women to come together to share their stories and challenges Syncresse provides the framework and training in the process for interaction that is both supportive and generates positive action and results for the women and their organizations.
