Felicia Correy FELICIA CORREY - Director of Program Development

Ms. Correy is a key partner in the successful delivery of all the initiatives undertaken by the Syncresse partners. She works closely with Catherine and Susan to develop the business and bring the profoundly important work of these accomplished entrepreneurs and thought leaders to professional women across the continent and around the globe. Felicia leads the initiatives in marketing, sales development, customer relations and business development. She is also responsible for the strategic implementation of programs, training events, speaking engagements and written projects.

Felicia comes to her work with Syncresse as founder and managing member of White Willow Associates, a business strategy firm that grew out of years of experience in diverse projects. Some of these projects that she has recently implemented include creating an events department for a full service boutique resort and spa employing 60 personnel. As a result of her leadership skills, she was retained as the General Manager for the 2007 season, where she directed an expansion in facilities, services, and investors. Felicia also oversees the administration of the substance testing program for an international trucking firm, ensuring the compliance of over 1500 drivers to Federal Regulations.

Ms. Correy holds a BA in Literature and a Primary Teaching Diploma from the University of Colorado as well as an Associates Degree in Human Services. She has served on several non-profit committees and boards including, Newborn Hope, Denver's Children's Hospital, SOAR, the Denver Chamber of Commerce, and Attention Homes. As part of her lifetime commitment to serve Felicia has studied with indigenous teachers and healers.
