Leah Hall has over 30 years experience in the communications industry. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education at Western Illinois University and completed post-graduate studies in graphic design at California State University, Fullerton before moving to Seattle, Washington to pursue a career in graphics and advertising.
Although Leah began her career as a graphic designer and print production manager, she quickly moved into more challenging management roles. For 10 years she was the General Manager of a burgeoning local advertising agency where she gained a thorough knowledge of financial planning, budget forecasting, human resource administration, facilities management, work flow process and policies development. For another five years she was Senior VP of Operations, and Director of Creative and Production Services at Evans Communications where she managed the daily operations of a 150-person advertising agency and served on their Executive Board and Operations Committee.
For 10 years after retiring from a full time management role in the corporate environment, Leah contracted as a project manager for a printing company and as an account manager for several local advertising agencies and design firms.
For the past five years Leah has served as the Executive Director of The Seattle Show, the Northwest’s premier awards competition for the advertising, design and interactive creative community. She joins Syncresse Partners with a wealth of management experience.
She currently lives in Seattle, Washington with her husband and two daughters. When not working, she can be found puttering in the garden or lying in the hammock with a good book. |
