Margaret Mikkelborg has worked as a psychotherapist and educator for the past 15 years. She has a Masters degree in Psychology with a focus on Jungian psychology and the empowerment process of women. She is also certified as an International Focusing Trainer and as a Yoga teacher. Her interest and passion lie in the domain where psychology interfaces with soul and the questions concerning meaning, purpose and spirit in our lives. Her commitment is to exploring the mind-body-soul connection and to engaging in the exploration of the deeper, more important questions with all of our being, as opposed to merely searching for the cerebral, rational answers.

She now understands that this is a process which is not only for women. It is more about the re-engaging and revitalizing of the feminine in both men and women in creating meaningful community and communication. Her way of working involves guided meditation, focusing, dream work, breath work, journaling, inner listening, outer listening, and of course humor!

Her work involves helping people understand how, when and why we get trapped in our stuff and our stories, and how we can free ourselves in order to become truly authentic and available to the creativity inherent in the moment.

She is currently in private practice and working on her upcoming book, 'The Journey into Consciousness'.
